This program is designed for students who are preparing for the transition to high school — typically students in middle school (grades 6–8). We assess each student individually to confirm readiness and fit during the initial consultation.
School-based supports are important, but they often focus on academic accommodations, not proactive skill-building. Our program specifically teaches the skills that IEPs assume — organization, self-advocacy, social navigation — before high school begins. We complement, not replace, existing supports.
Groups are intentionally small to ensure each student receives meaningful individual attention while also practicing real peer dynamics. Exact group size is shared during the enrollment process. Spots are limited by design.
